41SL for Coastal Sports Lighting
The FORTOMO 41SL is available in 300W, 400W, and 500W configurations, delivering approximately 45,000–75,000 lumens with up to 150–170 lm/W efficacy.
It is suitable for coastal sports clubs, football fields, cricket grounds, tennis courts, training facilities, and multi-sport venues where reliable outdoor lighting is required.
IP66 Protection and Salt-Air Environments
The 41SL features IP66 protection , helping protect the luminaire against dust and powerful water jets. Its aluminium housing is designed for outdoor heat dissipation and long-term operation.
For locations exposed to strong sunlight, an optional tempered glass front cover provides strong UV resistance. Optional 10kV/20kV surge protection can also provide additional protection in exposed outdoor installations.
For highly corrosive marine environments, however, the complete installation should be evaluated, including fasteners, mounting brackets, cable connections, surface treatment, and cleaning/maintenance procedures. IP rating alone does not determine corrosion resistance.
Flexible Optics for Coastal Sports Grounds
The 41SL supports 7°, 15°, 25°, 35°, and 45° beam angles , with NEMA2–NEMA6 optical options.
Narrow beams can be used for longer throw distances from higher poles, while wider beams can provide broader coverage for lower mounting positions. Photometric calculations help determine the appropriate beam angle, fixture quantity, and aiming position.
The 41SL can achieve UGR <19 , supporting better visual comfort when the lighting system is correctly designed and aimed.
